1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for both the Owner Program and Member Access subscription at Dropservice LLC. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as the refund terms differ significantly between programs.

2. Owner Program — ROI Guarantee
Our Promise: Follow the system for 180 days. If you don't make back your full investment in client revenue, we'll refund every penny AND wire you $5,000.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
The ROI Guarantee is available to Owner Program participants who meet ALL of the following conditions:
- A minimum of 180 days has passed since enrollment
- You have not generated client revenue equal to or greater than your program investment
- You have attended at least 16 group coaching calls within the 180-day period
- All scheduled payments have been completed on time (if on payment plan)
- All sales calls were conducted using the prescribed sales process, recorded and tracked
- Your offer was created per training and reviewed by the DropService team
- At least 80% of video modules completed with homework posted in community
- If no clients signed by day 120, you contacted support for additional help
- Data from outreach (manual or AI) must be accurately tracked and logged in your tracking sheet daily, starting within 1 day of enrollment
- Full Inbound Systems implementation (Instagram profile, 9+ feed posts, daily Reels and Stories Monday-Friday)
2.2 Verification Requirements
To process an ROI Guarantee refund request, you must provide:
- Screen share access to your payment processor to verify revenue
- Access to your calendar/scheduling tool to verify booked calls
- All sales call recordings and tracking documentation
- Screen share access to review DM conversations with prospects
- Access to review your Instagram content and engagement
2.3 How to Request
Email [email protected] with subject line "ROI Guarantee Refund Request" after the 180-day period. Include your name, enrollment date, and implementation summary.

3. Member Access — Subscription Policy
3.1 No Refunds for Past Payments
Member Access is a monthly subscription at $997/month. Due to the nature of digital educational content and immediate access to program materials:
- No refunds are provided for any monthly payments already processed
- Upon payment, you receive immediate access to all program content
- Each monthly payment is final once processed
3.2 Your Protection: Cancel Anytime
Member Access provides flexibility as your primary protection:
- Cancel at any time with no cancellation fees
- No long-term contracts or commitments
- Maximum risk is limited to one month's payment ($997)
- Access continues through the end of your current billing period after cancellation
The flexibility to cancel anytime IS your protection with Member Access. This is why there is no ROI Guarantee for Members — you can evaluate the program month-by-month and leave if it's not right for you.
3.3 How to Cancel
To cancel your Member Access subscription:
- Email [email protected] with subject line "Cancel Member Access"
- Include your name and email address associated with your account
- Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
3.4 Upgrade Path
After 3 months of Member Access ($2,991 paid), you may upgrade to the Owner Program for $5,500. Upon upgrade, you become eligible for the ROI Guarantee with the 180-day period starting from your upgrade date.
4. General Refund Policies (Both Programs)
4.1 Digital Product Nature
Our programs consist of digital educational content including video training, templates, scripts, and community access. Because you receive immediate access to this content upon payment, we cannot offer refunds based solely on change of mind or dissatisfaction with content style.
4.2 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing program content:

- Our team will work to resolve access issues within 24-48 hours
- Technical issues do not automatically qualify for refunds but will be addressed promptly
4.3 What Does NOT Qualify for Refunds
The following do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances:
- Change of mind or loss of interest
- Dissatisfaction with program style or teaching methods
- Personal or financial circumstances unrelated to program performance
- Failure to implement strategies taught
- Lack of time to participate
- Unrealistic expectations about timeline or results
- Third-party platform issues (social media account restrictions, etc.)
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Important: Please contact us directly before initiating any dispute with your bank or credit card company.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following this refund policy will result in:
- Immediate termination of access to all program materials and services
- Disqualification from any refund under this policy
- Potential reporting to fraud prevention databases
- Possible collection action for amounts owed

6. Payment Plans (Owner Program)
If you selected a payment plan for the Owner Program:
- You are obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of program participation
- Missed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is current
- ROI Guarantee eligibility requires all payments completed on time
- Cancellation of payment plan does not cancel payment obligation
7. Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy is designed to comply with:
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for digital products
- State consumer protection laws
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU residents
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.
