Refund Policy

Owner Program — ROI Guarantee

Effective Date: January 24, 2026

Our Promise: Follow the system for 180 days. If you don't make back your full investment in client revenue, we'll refund every penny AND wire you $5,000 for wasting your time.

1. Overview of the ROI Guarantee

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to participants in the Dropservice LLC Owner Program. The ROI Guarantee is designed to protect your investment by ensuring that if you follow the complete system as prescribed and do not recoup your program investment through client revenue, you are entitled to a full refund plus an additional $5,000.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the system and our commitment to your success. However, to ensure fairness and prevent abuse, specific conditions must be met to qualify for this guarantee.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the ROI Guarantee refund, ALL of the following conditions must be satisfied:

A Revenue Requirement: You have not generated client revenue equal to or greater than your total program investment (including any payment plan amounts) using the systems and strategies provided in the program.
B Time Requirement: A minimum of 180 days (approximately 6 months) has passed since your enrollment date.
C Call Attendance: You have attended at least 16 group coaching calls within the 180-day period. Attendance is recorded and tracked through our call platform.
D Payment Completion: All scheduled payments have been completed on time. If on a payment plan, all installments must be paid as agreed before requesting a refund.
E Sales Process Compliance: All sales calls were conducted using the prescribed sales process taught in the program. Each call must be recorded and tracked using the provided tracking system.
F Offer Development: Your service offer was created in accordance with the training guidelines and has been reviewed and approved (or audited) by the DropService team.
G Course Completion: At least 80% of video training modules have been completed, including all assigned homework/action items posted in the community as required.
H Support Utilization: If no clients have been signed by day 120, you must have contacted our support team via dropservice.io to request additional support and guidance.
I Outreach Tracking: Data from outreach (manual or AI) must be accurately tracked and logged in your tracking sheet daily, starting within 1 day of enrollment. DropService will provide proven scripts and structures for all systems.
J Inbound Systems Implementation: You have followed the complete Inbound Systems process as outlined below.

3. Inbound Systems Requirements (Condition J)

To satisfy the Inbound Systems requirement, you must have completed ALL of the following:

  • Instagram Profile Setup: Your Instagram profile has been set up according to the training specifications (profile photo, bio, highlights, etc.)
  • Feed Content: At least 9 pictures/posts have been published on your Instagram feed
  • Daily Reels: A minimum of 1 Instagram Reel posted per day, Monday through Friday, throughout the 180-day period
  • Daily Stories: A minimum of 1 Instagram Story posted per day, Monday through Friday, throughout the 180-day period

Content must follow the guidelines and frameworks provided in the training. Sporadic posting or content that does not follow the prescribed strategy does not satisfy this requirement.

4. Documentation and Verification

In the event of a refund request, you must provide access to the following for verification purposes:

  • Payment Processor Access: Screen share access to your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to verify revenue claims
  • Calendar Access: Access to your Calendly or scheduling tool to verify booked calls
  • Sales Call Recordings: All sales call recordings made during the 180-day period
  • Tracking Documentation: All metric tracking sheets and documentation as required by the program
  • DM Conversations: Screen share access to review all prospect DM conversations
  • Instagram Account: Access to review content posted and engagement metrics

Important: Failure to provide complete documentation or evidence of falsified information will result in denial of the refund request and may result in permanent termination from the program.

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Submit a Refund Request

To initiate a refund request under the ROI Guarantee:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ROI Guarantee Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, email address used for enrollment, and enrollment date
  3. Provide a detailed summary of your implementation efforts and results
  4. Express your availability for a verification call within the next 14 days

5.2 Verification Process

Upon receipt of your request, our team will:

  1. Review your submission and program participation records
  2. Schedule a verification call within 14 business days
  3. Conduct a thorough review of all documentation and evidence
  4. Make a determination within 14 business days of the verification call

5.3 Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

  • Program investment refund will be processed within 14 business days
  • The additional $5,000 will be wired within 14 business days of refund approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible

6. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund under this policy:

  • Failure to meet any of the eligibility requirements listed in Section 2
  • Requesting a refund before the 180-day period has elapsed
  • Change of mind, loss of interest, or personal circumstances unrelated to program performance
  • Failure to implement the strategies as taught
  • Partial implementation or selective use of program materials
  • Inability to provide required documentation
  • Evidence of fraudulent claims or misrepresentation
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or community guidelines
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes (see Section 8)

7. Early Cancellation (Before 180 Days)

If you wish to discontinue your participation before the 180-day period:

  • No refund is available for early cancellation
  • You may request account deactivation by emailing our support team via dropservice.io
  • You forfeit access to all program materials, community, and coaching calls
  • You are still responsible for any remaining payment plan obligations

We strongly encourage you to complete the full 180-day period and implement the system as taught before making any decisions about your continued participation.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of following this refund process will:

  • Immediately terminate your access to all program materials and services
  • Disqualify you from any refund under this policy
  • Result in reporting to fraud prevention databases
  • May result in collection action for any amounts owed

We are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns through direct communication. Please contact us before initiating any dispute with your financial institution.

9. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. However:

  • Changes will not apply retroactively to existing members
  • The terms in effect at the time of your enrollment will govern your refund eligibility
  • We will notify existing members of any material changes via email

10. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including:

  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines
  • State consumer protection laws
  • International consumer protection regulations where applicable

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.
