Refund Policy for DropService Mastery
To be eligible for the Double Your Money Back Credit, the following conditions must be met:
A. You have not generated at least $1,800 or more in sales using the systems provided in the program.
B. A minimum of 180 days has passed since you enrolled in the program.
C. You have attended at least 16 group calls within the 180-day period.
D. All scheduled payments must have been completed on time without delays (applies if you are on a payment plan).
E. You must conduct all sales calls using our prescribed sales process, with each call recorded and tracked.
F. You have created an offer in accordance with our training, which has been reviewed and audited by the DropService team.
G. At least 80% of the Mastery Program, including all video trainings and homework assignments, must be fully completed. All homework steps must be posted in the DropService Skool community.
H. If you have not signed any clients by day 120, you must contact us via email at [email protected] to request additional support.
I. You are required to send 50 outbound ‘cold’ Instagram DMs per day to your niche, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends), following the process taught in the program. Data from these activities must be accurately tracked and logged in your tracking sheet daily, starting within 1 day of enrollment. DropService will provide proven scripts and structures for all systems.
J. You have followed the Inbound Systems process by:
-Setting up your Instagram profile based on the training,
-Posting at least 9 pictures on your Instagram feed,
-Posting 1 Instagram Reel per day (Monday-Friday),
-Posting 1 Instagram Story per day (Monday-Friday),
-Handling all inbound conversations using our process with accurate daily data tracking.
K. In the event of a refund request, you will need to provide access to the following for verification:
-Your payment processor (via screen share) to confirm your refund claim,
-Your Calendly account to verify booked calls,
-All sales call recordings and relevant sales tracking sheets,
-All metric tracking sheets and relevant documentation for the systems built,
-All DM conversations with prospects (via screen share).
All information will be reviewed via a form to assess your eligibility for the credit. If eligible, a Zoom call will be required to process the credit. Credit requests are only permitted once after the 180-day period. If eligibility requirements are not met, a second credit request cannot be made.
